Reformer Pilates:  Beginner's Course

We have the following 2 options to get you started on the Reformer at TYPP before you can safely attend Group Classes:

  1. Beginner's Course - 1-1 Format - delivered over two 1-1 sessions - just you and an instructor - £100
  2. Beginner's Course - Small Group Format - delivered in 4 small group sessions over a 4 week period - £85

 

1. Beginner's Course: 1-1 Format

This is the quickest way to get started. Just you and an instructor for two 1-1 session.

  • 2 x 1-1 session - with an instructor
  • Full access to Pilates Reformer Fundamentals online course to help you learn  - you will have access to this for life.
  • Free access for 4 weeks to our on demand service TYPP Anytime so you can practice Pilates (in the mat-work format) at home. 

On completion of your beginner's course, you will receive a certificate of attendance and will be able to book into our studio reformer classes in TYPP to safely participate. 

The course is £100 and once purchased you will receive a link to book in our 1-1 diary.

2. Beginner's Course: Small Group
