This course will teach you how to get the most from Pilates. You will learn about the Reformer and how to use this amazing machine to get into the best health.

The course runs for 4 weeks starting from a 4-week course. Please note ths date there is no session on the 29th November. Dates are: 15th, 22nd, November and 6th and 13th December.

Once booked onto the course, you can't mix and match days as the numbers are extremely restricted.
On completion of your beginner's course, you will receive a certificate of attendance and will be able to safely participate in our studio reformer classes at TYPP.
