Studio Reformer
Our Studio Reformer classes have a maximum of 10 clients. These studio sessions are perfect if you want to use the Pilates equipment in a studio setting and don't have health concerns or complex injuries.
The studio sessions all new clients to our studio must complete a fundamental one to one session prior to graduating into studio reformer attendance.
- Studio Reformer sessions cost 1 class credit.

Book Next Trial
Would like to try before committing, then the trial is perfect for you. Here we will take a small group of you on a trial class that is suitable for clients that have no experience on the reformer.
Studio Pilates
Up to 10 clients in each of these studio reformer classes. Suitable for those clients that have taken their fundamentals plates and do not need smaller based sessions.
Semi Private Pilates
Maximum of 5 clients in these small more focused semi private sessions. Suitable for those with health concerns and injuries or those who prefer a smaller more focused envinroment.
Private Pilates
Bespoke to you, you will be one on one with these. The Gold standard for Pilates practise and getting the most from your sessions. Perfect fo injuries or those who are keen to perform under accurate execution.
